Message	Well, sorta. I heard a light thud like hitting a bump and then 10 seconds later heard the quick WHAP WHAP WHAP and pulled over instantly. Had to cross 4 lanes, but it was quick. It wasn't a violent blowout, but the end result LOOKS like it was from how quick it did it! Unless it quietly tore itself up prior and the thud was a coincidence....but I doubt it.
