I found it really helpful to have air tools to get the turbo pipes out...but other than that, it was pretty easy. The EGR bolts are kinda hard to get out. You will need a short 10mm wrench to get them out. Other than that, it was pretty easy. But ihave done pretty much everything else myself (shocks, tune up, BOV's, bushings, etc..) although i am no expert. So if you are decent with tools, its a good project. Just remember to take your time. Directions are posted in tech i think. Remember to not take off the TPS from the throttle body. just leave it on. i took it off nd i had to readjust my idle. hope this helps. -Ketan : Just curious to how difficult it is to pull the intake plenum. I posted in technical asking this, and the only response was that it was on the AZ Z web site? Which one is that?
: What should be replaced while the plenum is out? Gaskets, vacuum lines, fuel lines, what? : Rob
