but it requires 14' ceiling clearance, which is not very ideal for a home user. It works very well in my industrial unit though. Check out the specs of the area in which you are putting it in, and also check things like voltage requirements (mine is 600 volt, which wouldn't work in a house setting). Price is great, but allow about $250 for install. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED. Lifts are not a DIY project. Hope this helps.
