if they(or the owner) jacks up the car using a floor jack under the sill and you lift up on the "pnched" metal seam, it bows the fender out like that. That is why the OEM jack has that split in the lifting block, so it puts pressure onto the flat part under the car, not the seam that sticks down. I make SURE to tell any shop NOT to lift my car using jacks on the side. I ensure they use the front crossmember and rear diff as lift points. They can get pissy about it, but hey, it's my damn car and I don't want it messed up like that. You MUST watch them do it as well, or as soon as they walk out into the bay and you stay in the shop "customer area" they will ignore what you just said, FYI. Mike
