on his Z to figure out how much per hour rate he spend working on his Z !!!! When we do something we like doing(i.e hobby)....there is no price for that. Ask Bill Gates how much he could have made when he hired someone else to do something he likes doing (i.e hobby). If one think that he can do the job, lets encourage him to do so.
