...you could pick up by heel-toe but I would guess you would pick up a few tenths per lap. I dont know how your technique is before a turn but I can only think of 1. You brake early enough to give you time to move your right foot to the gas to rev match or 2. You dont rev match. Since you say your shifts are smooth I am assuming you are doing the first method. If you heel-toe compared to braking early then rev matching you could conceivably brake later and deeper before the corner which can definitely shave off time. Try it out a bit and you'll see that once you get the hang of it that it is definitely a faster way around the track.
