Message	Well I know how a lot of you guys dont care for rebuilt turbos but I've had pretty good luck with them. I made 415 rwhp with these T25/T28's with less lag than stock so I was happy with it. Anyway, I had them add these little 'cones' or 'bullets' as they call it. Kevin @ Majestic said that the exhaust side bullet would reduce lag and the intake side would help on top end power.
