Message I forget exactly what is different, but they are leaps and bounds apart when it comes to doing the job. Those shoddy overdone T-28s that were sold for a while just got too hot (not to mention some of them barely spun right brand new...which makes me wonder if they were REALLY high rpm tested in the machine). The Sport 500s are tried and true (some local guys have them, most notable is Mark Leader) and have proven to be an awesome street turbo.

Greg Dupree could go into detail on the differences as he's seen the T-28s fall apart numerous times...and others here know as well. I'm just not too familiar with the 500's and their specs.
