a dashboard on the other hand is hella expensive. I'd rather use alternate methods of mounting things rather than punching holes in it. I will most likely fabricate a hook of sorts on the a-pillar that will hold the pod in place and not be noticeable. Buying a new a-pillar garnish is nothing.. : should sell their Z. as long as it's a clean look, using screws is not ghetto imo. i wonder how many people have their gauge pods screwed onto their A-pillars... or even better, simply double-sided taped on there. : maybe you should try the double-sided tape or velcro even to keep your pod in place. if you're thinking it's just going to sit up there, it better be wedged in there really tight. for me at least, my techtom will come flying at me when i accelerate even though it's securely velcroed in place (then again, i'm probably making a little more power than you). anyways, the double-sided tape/velcro can be easily removed later without damaging your dash... just a little goo-gone works great. good luck.
