Message	trackable form then what you need to do is ask him to send you a receipt or a signed document saying that he received your payment and the bodykit will be shipped as soon as it is off backorder. since he has received the money and if he is a honest guy, then he should have no troubles doing this. If he refuses then he may be trying to roll you and you should then threaten to escalate the matter by taking him to court. Be reasonable first, if that fails get a friend with some legal knowledge to be on the phone with you next time you call the guy and immediately inform him that your attorney is on the phone.(it worked for me once) but in reality $655 will barely cover a lawyer so he may call b.s. on you. just a thought though.
