Message	Regardless of the circumstances ( no judgement on my part), the Judge will look at "under 18" and "second offense". A good attorney can possible avoid a long term suspension, but fines are eminant plus attorney fees. Insurance companies will have a field day with premiums. In NH is would be a minimum 2 year loss of license minimum - period. Good luck.
