That is, unless you have the money to blow. In some applications it does wonders, but from what I hear it's not worth it realistically. I would polish it though as it will look great and it will be out anyway. As for the connectors, I need to know the same thing...I hear you CAN buy them separate and that they are dirt cheap. Not sure though. As for the dampener and regulator, those are easy changes even with it on...but yeah, I'd change as much fuel system stuff as you can while you can. Just to be safe. I did all my dampener/regulator/lines/etc and injectors are going in soon.
