Message	coming out of the booster going to the master that is adjustable on most cars. since they welded the bolts you may need to adjust this rod. BE CAREFUL,if you adjust it too far the brakes will br appplied all the time! Is there any free play in the pedal? You can also have a good brake shop check this out for you. I would also bleed the brakes again just to be sure.
