Message	I don't think he has a case. Get a lawyer for good measure and you'll make a mockery of the officer in court. He might as well be a court jester he'll look so silly. Make sure you dangle in front of him the possibility that you'll file a harassment charge once you win this case. He'll probably drop all charges.
