If all you have to do is work for one full summer in order to acquire a 10k mile S2000, I'd definitely go for it! You would come out with a lower maintenance ride (since you said you're low on dough) and when you decide to resell it in a year to buy a TTZ, you're going to get a much higher resale price than if you keep your 94NA and sell it in a year. And you'd also have the immediate money from selling the 94NA - another plus.
