: So, I got a "no front license plate" offense ticket. Kinda gay ticket, but it happens. : I had like 21 days to pay. Oops. That would have been last week. So now I have a warrant. No biggie.: Here's the question; : In texas, the law states that "a second or subsequent conviction of an offense under .... texas law .... will result in your Drivers License and Vehicle Registration being suspended for two years". : Ok, So I haven't fixed the front license plate issue yet. (can't find the damn plate)... : If i pay my ticket, and clear my warrant, and get ANOTHER one of these stupid ass tickets, will that constitute a second conviction? : I assumed a conviction is being arrested for killing 30 people or transporting 178 pounds of marijuana to louisiana and being found guilty. Any of you texas ticket whores know? Charlie? DamonH? Wesman? : Thanks in advance. I don't want to go to "pound me in the ass prison". Again. Does anyone know about this in OH? I had the same situation and it cost me 100 bucks. Its not something that is really enforced, but I haven't put it on yet, and what happens if I get caught again? Would it be suitable to just put the front plate inside the grill work, so to speak, up inside near the radiator? Just asking....
