Message	well atleast in Texas. If you buy a car from a private party you can just mark it a 'gift' and you only pay a gift tax which is i think $ 10. or something. but you can be 'honest' and put the exact sale amount and pay the tax. BUT WHY WOULD YOU???????????? LATER
