Message	take it to the nearest cell phone service provider and see if they can look up who own the phone. And answer it if somebody calls! try and find out who the owner is! Tell who ever calls that you found the phone and were wanting to get it back to the owner then ask for their name and adress. Crap why the hell is the police not all over this! ANd finger prints? have they not dusted the car for prints? Shit have they done anything, there are tons of clues there.
