Dual pop, intercoolers, and injectors are needed really. But you could technically run 17 psi on race gas with stock injectors. But I agree...stock turbos generally max out around 380-390 with all the other mods. Put it this way...if the Porsche runs low 12's in the quarter, it would be tough for any Z on stock turbos to keep up. And then throw in handling too...yikes! It's a phenomenal car, but it should be for that price...lol
