he should probably take care of that as soon as possible, in Oklahoma you would have a warrant out for your arrest, they arnt gonna come to his house and arrest him but if he gets pulled over again they will probably take him into custody. He is probably also going to get charged with some failure to appear violation on top of paying the ticket. My suggestion to him is to come up with a good excuse as to why he hasent appeared to pay and why he couldent notify them in any way that he would be late. If he goes and explains this they might just let him off with paying the ticket. Whatever he does, he should do it soon, he might want to get some real leagal advice tho. And the laws might differ between our states this is just how things work around here. And "3-5 in a pound me in the ass prison " is a quote from office space :)
