Message	I'm still learning about boost controllers, boost creep, and boost spiking, so bare with me. I really doubt your boost controller is losing boost, I bet it's just spiking to 19, then settling down to 14-15. I believe that's a manual boost controller thing. They tend to do that once you up the boost from stock levels. For the Z, electronic is a safer way to go, less of a chance for boost spiking.
