Message The throttle body coolant lines heat the throttle body to
keep it from freezing in cold weather.

Pressure drop through it creates lower than ambient temperatures
so your throttle body could actually freeze in +32 degree air.

In warmer climates then throttle body heating lines(as they
would be correctly referred to) are pretty much useless.
