Subject	whats the best suspension settings for 1/4 mile traction?

Message	I got tockico 5-way's and eibach progressive springs and I have always had mine set to 5 (stiffest) on rear and 1 (softest) on front. I was talking to a guy at the speedway and told him about the common wheelhop problem on z's and he said my settings should be the opposite!?!?? of course he was all about some muscle cars with 4 barrells and flow masters so his expertise may not apply to imports with multilink suspension . I was just curious how some of you guys had your z set up.
