Also, the enthusiast ones (a little more $$$) are found in [ www.bmwcca.org ] (BMW Car Club of America) website. As a non-member, you can see classifieds a month or older. If you own a BMW and register, you can get the current classifieds, the excellent BMW Roundel Magazine subscription, and 10% off of parts thru most BMW parts suppliers. I'm a member and I love the nice tents and booth and special parking I get when I spectate races at Laguna Seca! I hear Oktoberfest (October BMW celebration) is a blast also ;). If money is no issue, I would recommend buying a 1974 2002 tii (original or restored). That is the best 2002 on our side of the waters. Very potent, great set-up for BMW club racing, and lots of potential in that little engine! That is the most sought after 2002 to my knowledge aside from the race cars. If I ever come across one that is in decent condition for cheap, I'll buy it! Then I'll start racing in BMW car club racing circuits instead of using a 1st gen Rx7 in the professional Pro7 circuit. Ahhhh, can't wait! But I need to take time off to start professional racing, doh! Oh yeah, I also need a car, hehe. Some day! Good luck.
