the passenger side took about an hour and that was the easy one. u can get to all the top maifolds bolts from above and the bottom ones from below. the heat shield limits it alot. as for the driver side, i wasn't there. mike did it by himself and side it took like 3 hours. but it was harder sense the egr tube goes in it, and the O2 senser wires need to be cut and extended. we also had the tranny out at the time so that helped a ton. i would advise doing flywheel, clutch, and headers all at the same time. get the tranny out and opens up a lot of space. might want to add 1 piece DS to that list too. i will be calling for a dyno apt soon. and i need to get on the ball and find an exhaust.
