Message	once properly mouned on the machine and you spin it you can tell a tire is out of round by 2 things: 1. You looks at the rims edges of both the inside and outside, you don't see any wobbles on the rim itself which means the rim is straight and not bent. 2. With the rim straight and unbent, you see the thread surface of the tire "wobble". This means the tire is not as round as it should be and contributes to the tough task of balancing the wheel correctly.
