Message but well worth it. This modification was probably the single biggest improvement to the car, suspension-wise, that I have done. I have several mods to suspension, check out profile.

Took several hours of labor using a hydraulic press. I wouldn't tackle the job without access to a hydraulic press.

I actually fabricated large steel washers and effectively welded up the four subframe bushings solid. This modification required me to go to a carbon-fiber driveshaft to absorb and prevent driveshaft vibration.

However, once finished, the difference to the car is huge. No more movement of that subframe.

I've had NO squeaking. Why would the mechnanic expect squeaking? The Nismo are high durometer rubber instead of polyurethane. I think he was just griping because the install is relatively difficult. Don't blame him!

Anyway, you will love this mod!
