and it has been a month now working about 10-20 hours each weekend. Dropping the subframe and dismantling it only takes a day, but to get those bushings out takes a loooooong time and a lot of patience! I don't have a press, so I used a dremel, a hacksaw, pipe, long bolts and big washers to get the bushings out. If you have an airsaw, it'll make things go a lot quicker. I wouldn't recommend pressing the subframe bushings out because it's very difficult to do without damaging the subframe itself. I'll probably write up a tech soon about doing all this stuff...
