Message	He would have to show up in court since he wittnessed your transgressions. Was it a Philly cop or was it a Sate Trooper? Philly cop probably wouldn't show vs. a State Cop. As far as if it was a plane that got you, not unless it was Fred in one of those Jets flying into Philly;-). I95 and Philly = to close to major Airport for survailance aircraft.
