Message	Like I said, not 100% sure but if you check the CA DMV's site you were only sited for breaking the speed limit regardless weather or not it was 5mph or 55mph over. Basic speeding is just that basic speeding, not excessive. As for the thing you have to sign and send back in, not sure about that. All I know is I was busted for 90 in a 40 and when i got my notice in the mail, I din't even have to go down to the court house to pay it or see a judge. I just sent my check in and checked the box for traffic school. Also, I'm not sure if different counties treat it different. Good luck:) Regards, Chuck
