Message	Its the basic speed law. Basically says that you were not using good judgement. Was the ticket given too you in a zone that had no speed limit signs. this code also gives the court more jurisdiction. If you can afford it, call a lawyer. especially if you are minority. I had a judge take my license over a basic speed law ticket.
