Subject	Police changed my speeding ticket: CVC22349(a) to CVC22350?

Message	I got a speeding ticket on 9/30/01 and a no front plate. The speeding ticket code was CVC22349(a)/Max speed law. Then in the mail on 10/24/01, I get a noticed that the police changed the code from CVC22349(a) to CVC22350. What do both codes mean anyways? They want me to sign the correction code and mail back that I agree of the change? What am I signing for? I have until 12/03/01 to pay for my speeding ticket and fix my front plate. And why does it say on the court paper that I CANT be elligal for traffic school? the last time I went to traffic school was 5 years ago.
