I don't know nuthin' about Volvo's. In fact, I was surprised that the torque rating was as high as it was- used to high HP, low-torque, high-revving engines, I guess. As far as installing any sort of oil cooler goes, I have no idea how. I can only say that I've noticed that most cars and trucks w/ factory towing packages have 'em. Otherwise, just keep an eye on the temp gauge and drive in the mornings and evenings, when it's cool out! Or just drive the Z. Is it street legal? -John P
