A premier or whatever member for a while because I was selling stuff on eBay around last Christmas and reached my credit card cap... Couldn't receive any more payments unless I upgraded. So I had to upgrade. They take out 2.9% or so... Which isn't horrible... But when you get a cashier's check, or wire money, there are normally fees associate with those transactions also. Its all about what you're willing to deal with.
