Message Everything you say is techno fluff. These UD pulleys have been on Z for the past five or six years . Yet, there hasn't been any instance of failures on the bearings that point specifically to your assertions. Not one! Read my post below. I had the UD pulley on my car's engine before rebuilding it for mods. The bearings were near new. No abnormal wear whatsoever. There's your proof.

Dynoed 515 rwhp and 420 ft.lbs @ 16psi 89 degrees.
533 rwhp and 450 ft. lbs @19 psi and slipping clutch
