Everything you say is techno fluff. These UD pulleys have been on Z for the past five or six years . Yet, there hasn't been any instance of failures on the bearings that point specifically to your assertions. Not one! Read my post below. I had the UD pulley on my car's engine before rebuilding it for mods. The bearings were near new. No abnormal wear whatsoever. There's your proof.
