Message	...cooler. i've seen it both ways...that at idle, no demand...oil does not circulate through either the turbos or the oil cooler. I forget which. so, in theory, a turbo timer is a waste. but i have no data to back anything up. does oil flow through the turbos always, so long as there is oil pressure? does oil flow through the oil cooler alwyas, so long as there is oil pressure?
