Subject	What are symtoms of the steering rack going out?

Message	also what about tension rod bushings. How do i know if my steering rack and steering rack bushings need replaced, I fill my PS resevoir up about once every two days, is it just the High pressure PS hose? Main question is, when i hit my brakes my car shakes very hard, (no its not the balancing of tires, or rotors warped) but somtimes it doesn't shake. When i hit about 60mph the car vibrates, the steering wheel shakes etc. I hit about 80mph the other day and my car was shaking very violently.
