: im already running mickey thompson street slicks with 10 psi...mustered a 1.80 60' time last week on these so i think ill stick with this setup...what kinda boost should i chance with stock turbos and stock injectors?
we gained a surprising amount of rear wheel foot pounds of torque with our Aquamist install (yes, writeup STILL pending).
basically, on stock turbos, injectors and intercoolers we were able to do things un heard of on stock turbos. specifically the torque.
We gained alot of 'area' under the graph in the torque area.
We ran 19 degrees of timing.
We ran 1.25bar of boost.
it hummed BEAUTIFULLY on the dyno. it NEVER even thought about detonating. And we maxed out the efficiency of the turbos (on his car).
We got 401 FTLBS and Three Hundred Seventy One RWHP. (seven key is broke, sorry to spell it out).
I didn't know of your set up, and I think it's great that your in the 12's. Very rare for your setup.
