Ok let me elaborate a little, im coming home from a dissapointing night of OKC street racing, nothing seemed to get started, but it was still fun, i cruzed in my friends TT supra. Anyway we get back to his house and i get my car with one of my friends and i head to his house to drop him off. Well on the way i see this tricked out TTZ its got the full ebruni(sp) body kit and looks pretty clean, i pass him at an intersection and he turns the other way, so i bust a U-ie and head after him. I pull up next to him and rev it up, he dosent seem to be inpressed and dosent pay any attention, he kinda looks over and then turns to his friend and chuckles. So i keep toying with him and finally i hear him down shift, so i drop i into second and straight walk away from him 2-3 car lengths maybe even bus lengths. he hits his brakes and falls way back and starts cruzing at like 20mph on the 35mph road. Im like WTF is with this guy is he chicken, so i slow down and let him catch up i practly have to come to a complete stop, finally he creeps by. So we both come to a light, we both start revving it up getting ready to dump the cluch. The light truns green, and we both got bad launches and peeled out through first, i shifted into second and pulled away from him again i was watching in my mirror and figured he gave up, so i just shifted into neutral and coasted, well he flys by my window doing like 60-70. I was so confused i couldent figure out what this guys deal was, so were going at a 30 roll and i keep bliping the throttle at him and finally i hear him puntch it, so i do the same, i walked away from him again 2-3 carlengths. Then he slamms on his brakes again and slowes down to 20 again. What was this guys deal is he afraid of getting beat by my Na so he just shuts it down and pretends like he is not racing? Anyway finally we come to another light and the same thing i walk away from him till i hit third and he slamms on his brakes. I thought he was toying with me but he was getting good boost, i could hear his turbos spooling and he chirped the tires, finally we trun on a two lane highway and are both rolling at 20, so i gunn it in second and walk away from him again he is three carlenghs back when i shift into third but during the very short time between shifts he made up almost all of my 3 car lead and was right at my rear bumper and halfway through 3rd he was directly even with me, and by the time i shifted into forth he had put 3 carlengths on me! It was incrediable how could his car be so slow off the line but so quick up top. If we were racing to 60 i won, but after 60 he pulled away from me hard. Is it normal for the tts to be so slow off the line?
