are you CERTAIN it's for the Z32's VG motor? I understand copper gaskets are hard to find... well, anyway...copper is most desirable...make sure they are dimpled for maximum seal. after breaking in the motor over 250 miles of good heat soaking, you will need to go in and retorque the heads. the copper is less prone to blowout due to high pressure. the copper is less likely to get brittle, and 'dry out'. the copper is more impervious to heat loads. all around, copper is very desirable... I copper gasketed everything on my lt-1 build up...all serious hot rodders do copper gaskets.
