Message	the rev limiter is temporarily lowered to 4k or so. you just floor it and bounce off the rev limiter, the acceleration and deceleration of the flywheel is what puts a load on your engine and builds boost. Rev your stock engine to 7.5k and bounce off the stock rev limiter, you will get boost. You may also throw a rod.
