Subject	Grinding into 3rd. Am I shifting wrong?

Message	Whenever I stomp on it in 2nd and get the engine up to say 6500 or 7000 rpm before shifting into 3rd the tranny grinds. I use Redline oil. Does this happen to you guys too? Is there some trick to shifting that I don't know about? Thanks.
