Message	remember everything from Dinan is based on BMW's...straight 6 with long crank subject to more twisting. Detonation is more the cause of bearing failure on Z-32's. I went with the SCC article and installed hard faced Z-31 rod bearings. Chuck S. '94 TT Sapphire Blue Houston
