Message	A word of caution though, if you plan on lightening up more it's a good idea to see an MD for a physical to keep an eye on plumbing. If anyone gives you attitude, about posting your news, tell them that you and your Z are now lighter and faster and hence the information you're giving us is relavent. (no sarcasm intended)
