to feel loose about a year ago, and after replacing the shocks and bushings, it feels tight as a drum! Crawl under you car and see if there's stuff leaking from your bushings (all suspension and subframe bushings) or shocks. If you're still on your original shocks, it's time to replace them anyways. Maybe the techs putting on your new tires screwed one or more of these things up... unlikely, but you never know. It's probably just that it's been happening for a while and you didn't really notice until you got your tires changed.
