Message	The countoured plastic piece behind the front bumper(venturi panel)pushes the air up towards the intake. If you open the slits on the louvered panel, the air being forced up towards the intake becomes turbulent and can actually escape out the panel. Paul at Avalon did testing with this on his old TTZ race car and noticed HP drop.
