Message	no, it should not be a problem, i have the ducted panel which is also functional(by that i mean the holes are open) and i have no problem with the rain. although the holes are more in the back for the ducted panel, i still dont think enough water will get into the louvered panel to affect the intake in any way. laterz chris 1990 custom yellow tt stage 5 1990 2+2 stage 4+ (sold)
