I see it this way. You already have 150K on that motor...you really can't accelerate that things death that much more (percentage-wise) by adding the pulley. If it were to die in 10K miles it wasn't the pulley that did it. I have well over 60K on mine and it's fine. I've talked to shops, Greg D., etc. They all know what they do to the engine, but the tradeoff is worth it to 95% of people here. But hey, at least the car moves pretty good without it!
