Message	There are a couple of tuning tools that don't 'add' HP (in the sense of exhaust/intake, etc.) but allow the maximum creation of HP via fine tuning. My guess would be the ones that are dyno tuned do make very close to that HP. We will let some of the TT owners who have gone through those experiences confirm or shoot that down though.
