First go here and check out what others have done:

custom built, go with the Greddy TD-05 16G kit or the
HKS GT-2530's...both will get you in the 500hp club. As
far as IC's there are arguments for both front and side
mount options. Front mount *may* cause you to overheat
depending on where you live, and front mount *may* cause
excessive pressure drop. However, the right front mount
*could* cool better that a pair or sidemounts....although
not necessarily. You will of course need at least 555
injectors, a 2x POP, and an upgraded chip. I would also
recommend a boost controller and an air/fuel controller.
Whatever you decide on I would go with new turbos and not
rebuilds.
